Exciting News: Our Store is Relocating to Serve You Better!
We are pleased to announce that our Risse Brothers uniform store is moving to a brand-new, larger location to enhance your shopping experience. To facilitate this move, our current store will be temporarily closed starting Thursday, April 6th. We will be reopening at our new, improved location on Thursday, April 20th. Don’t worry, this temporary closure won’t interrupt your uniform needs! Our online store at www.rissebrothers.com will remain open throughout the relocation period. You can continue to place your orders online, and we will ensure they are processed and shipped to you promptly.
Understanding Our Store Policy
To ensure a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction, please take note of our store policies when purchasing your Saint Jerome Catholic School uniforms.
Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Please note that all orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase, before any items can be shipped. For shipped orders, a flat rate shipping fee of $10.00 will be applied. We do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Exchanges are simple! You can visit our store in person once we reopen, or you can mail or ship the items back to us with a clear note detailing the exchange you need. Please remember that alterations are the responsibility of the customer, and all our sizes are standard uniform sizes.
Returns and Refunds
We understand that returns may be necessary. However, we cannot accept returns on merchandise that has been washed, worn, altered, or marked in any way, except in cases of manufacturing defects. It is crucial to try on all uniform items before washing or altering them. All returned items must be in their original condition with all tags still attached to be eligible for a credit or exchange.
For returns made within 4 months of the purchase date: Refunds for cash purchases over $50.00 will be issued via a check from our corporate office in New Jersey, which may take approximately two weeks to process. Refunds for purchases made with a credit card will be credited back to the original credit card used.
For returns made after 4 months from the purchase date: Regardless of the original payment method, returns made after this period will be issued in the form of a Risse Brothers gift card.
Purchases made using a gift card, or a combination of gift card and another payment method, will be refunded as a gift card for the original gift card amount, with any remaining balance refunded according to the rules outlined above.
Non-Returnable Merchandise
Please be aware that the following items are non-returnable:
- Special or custom sizes.
- Items purchased during special or discounted sales.
- Logoed items for schools that do not currently have an active uniform program with Risse Brothers.
- Logoed items that have been discontinued by the school or are no longer part of the uniform program.
