1. PROMOTION OVERVIEW
The Pulse Uniform Nurses Week Giveaway (hereinafter referred to as “the Giveaway”) is sponsored by Pulse Uniform (“Sponsor”) and will run from April 16th, 11:59 EST to May 12th, 11:59 EST (the “Giveaway Period”). By participating in this Giveaway, you (the “Entrant”) fully agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are considered final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway. The Sponsor is responsible for all aspects of the Giveaway, including entry collection, winner selection, and overall administration. 2. ELIGIBILITY
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry (the “Eligible Entrant”). Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate or win. “Household Members” are defined as individuals sharing the same residence for at least three months per year. “Immediate Family Members” include parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, and spouses. This Giveaway is governed by all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted.
3. PRIZES
One (1) prize of a nurse gadget (approximate retail value “ARV”: $30 each) will be awarded to each winner. Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and no prize substitution is permitted by the winner. However, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason. The ARV of each prize is determined by the Sponsor in good faith and is final and binding. Any difference between the actual value and the stated ARV will not be awarded in cash. The Sponsor makes no warranties or representations regarding the prize’s appearance, safety, or performance. Certain restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The Sponsor will not be responsible for replacing lost or stolen prizes. This Giveaway is limited to legal residents of the 48 contiguous US States, and prizes will only be awarded and/or delivered to addresses within these locations. All federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges associated with prize receipt are the sole responsibility of the winner. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in prize forfeiture.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the Giveaway, simply subscribe through the online entry form during the Promotion Period. Visit the Giveaway section on the Pulse Uniform website at https://www.pulseuniform.com/nurses-week.asp. Entries submitted via automated or robotic means will be disqualified. Entry must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt to gain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, registrations, or any other methods, including participation in commercial contest/giveaway subscription notification and/or entry services, will invalidate the Entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification. Prize award is contingent upon eligibility verification. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period to be eligible. The Sponsor’s database clock is the official timekeeping device for this Giveaway.
5. WINNER SELECTION PROCESS
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place approximately 30 days after the Giveaway Period ends and will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designated representatives, whose decisions are final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by email to the email address provided during entry, approximately 30 days after the random drawing. The Sponsor is not responsible for any delays or failures in notification due to incorrect email addresses, technical issues, or the winner’s failure to monitor their email account. If a winner notification is undeliverable or unanswered, the prize may be forfeited. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”). No prize substitution or transfer is allowed, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information provided by you will be governed by the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available at https://www.pulseuniform.com/PrivacyPolicy.asp. By entering the Giveaway, you consent to the Sponsor sharing your email address and other personally identifiable information with other Promotion Entities for administration and prize fulfillment purposes, including use in a publicly available winner’s list.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Sponsor is not liable for: (a) incorrect or inaccurate entry information or electronic data transmissions; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; (c) technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or communication line failure related to equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, cameras, computers, or providers used in the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of networks, wireless services, the Internet, or websites; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless, or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile device related to participation in the Giveaway or downloading materials. If the Giveaway cannot run as planned due to reasons such as computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failures, the Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Giveaway. In such cases, the Sponsor may award any remaining prizes in a fair and equitable manner. The Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have further liability to participants in connection with the Giveaway.

A Facebook account may be required for entry. Creating a Facebook account is free at www.facebook.com. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. Participants understand they are providing information to the Sponsor, not Facebook. Participation via Facebook is also subject to Facebook’s data policy and terms of use, available at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy and https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/update.
10. WINNER LIST AND OFFICIAL RULES

Winner list requests must be received within 90 days after the Giveaway Period ends. The Winner List may also be accessed online at www.pulseuniform.com after winner confirmation is complete.
