Key Information Before You Order Your Apollo Uniforms:
- First-Year Student T-Shirts: All new first-year students will receive a complimentary long-sleeve program T-shirt and a short-sleeve Apollo T-shirt during the first week of school.
- No Refunds or Exchanges: Please note that all uniform sales are final. We are unable to process refunds or exchanges, so it is vital to check sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
- Wait to Order if Program Choice is Uncertain: If you are on a waiting list for your first-choice program and are currently enrolled in your second choice, we strongly recommend waiting until closer to the uniform order deadline. This will help avoid ordering the wrong uniform if you are moved into your preferred program, as exchanges are not possible.
- Accurate Sizing Charts: Each online store link provides a detailed and accurate sizing chart for all uniform items. Please consult these charts to ensure you select the correct sizes for your student.
- No Try-On Samples Available: Unfortunately, there are no uniform samples available to try on at Apollo Career Center or Cappie’s. Rely on the sizing charts and consider ordering slightly larger if unsure.
- Potential Shipping and Manufacturing Delays: Please be aware that various factors can impact manufacturing and shipping times, potentially causing delays or stock issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding should any delays occur.

Apollo Uniform Order Deadlines and Delivery Schedule
Apollo Career Center requires all students to wear their designated program uniforms every day. Meeting the uniform deadlines is essential to ensure your student is prepared for classes and avoids any penalties. Uniforms ordered by the deadlines are delivered directly to Apollo Career Center for distribution to students.
Crucial Uniform Ordering Deadlines:
- Students Accepted Before the First Day of School: Uniform order deadline is August 16th.
- Students Accepted Within the First Two Weeks of School: Uniform order deadline is September 6th.
