While a significant portion of our all sports uniform production remains within the United States, some orders are processed at our Egypt facility. Importantly, the Egypt location adheres to the same stringent quality control standards as our U.S. facility. Sublimated uniforms are typically a high-quality product, and the issues you described, such as ink defects, are indeed rare. It sounds as though your order may have been affected by a defective batch or a calibration problem with the ink during the sublimation process.
