Welcome to the Leon Uniform Customer Portal (referred to as “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our“). This document, the “Online Sales Terms and Conditions,” along with the Customer Portal Terms of Use, the general Website Terms of Use available at General Terms of Use, and any other terms provided by us, governs all purchases of products through our Customer Portal (each an “Online Purchase”).

PLEASE READ THESE LEON UNIFORM ONLINE SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY PLACING AN ORDER, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MAY NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM US THROUGH THIS PORTAL. IF THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN THESE ONLINE SALES TERMS AND THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE, THESE ONLINE SALES TERMS WILL PREVAIL.

1. These Leon Uniform Online Purchase Terms include the terms in this document, the Portal Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy at Privacy Policy, as updated. Additional terms may apply to specific areas of the Website at www.leonuniform.com and the Customer Portal at www.leonuniform.com. Your access and use of the Website and Portal, and purchases of Leon Uniform products, are subject to acceptance of these additional terms.

2. Changes to these Leon Uniform Online Sales Terms and Conditions. We may change these Online Sales Terms at any time. Amendments are effective upon posting on the Website and/or Portal or when otherwise communicated to you. Purchasing Leon Uniform products after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms. Review these terms regularly for updates. No other terms or conditions, unless expressly agreed to in writing by Us with specific reference to these Online Sales Terms and Conditions, shall bind Us. ALL ONLINE PURCHASES THROUGH THE PORTAL ARE SUBJECT TO THE ONLINE SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN EFFECT AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

3. Purpose of the Leon Uniform Customer Portal. The Website is designed and managed to allow our customers to buy Leon Uniform products online.

4. All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Leon Uniform is not responsible for errors. If a product is incorrectly priced due to error, Leon Uniform can refuse or cancel orders at the incorrect price, even if confirmed and charged. Prices exclude sales, use, excise, value-added, or similar taxes, and shipping costs, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for these additional costs. Applicable taxes and shipping will be shown at checkout.

5. Leon Uniform Order Acceptance. Order confirmations do not guarantee acceptance or confirm an offer to sell. We can accept or decline orders for any reason at any time after receipt.

6. Payment for Leon Uniform Products.

   • Credit or Debit Card Payment.
     • We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Full payment is due at order placement via credit or debit card. Payment must be from a valid card. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount, including purchase fees, shipping, and taxes.
     • You confirm you have the legal right to use the credit/debit card and sufficient funds for the purchase. If not, Leon Uniform may cancel your order.
     • Leon Uniform uses secure payment methods and is not liable for unauthorized card use beyond our control. Your card details are protected and sent directly to the bank via a secure third-party processor. We do not store your card information. Payments are secured with SSL encryption.
   • Open Account. If approved by Leon Uniform, you may purchase on open account. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No payment offsets are allowed without written approval from Leon Uniform. Late payments accrue interest at “Prime” plus 1% per annum, compounded monthly. Overdue amounts (90+ days) turned over for collection will accrue interest at 10% per annum or the highest legal rate, whichever is greater. “Prime” means the prime rate in The Wall Street Journal, Eastern Edition. You will also pay for collection costs, including attorney’s fees and court costs. Leon Uniform can suspend performance if payments are not made on time. You are responsible for all ancillary charges, including service, interest, and bank charges, and costs related to collecting past-due amounts or enforcing security interests.

7. We ship only to the continental US and Washington, D.C. Shipping is prepaid, and freight charges will be invoiced to you. Shipments are FOB Origin, Freight Prepaid and Add. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when the freight carrier signs the bill of lading. You are responsible for filing freight claims for loss or damage.

8. Leon Uniform Returns and Refunds. Subject to restrictions, you may return products within thirty (30) days if unsatisfied by returning to our store or contacting Customer Service at (800) 395-5366.

   • Procedure. Products must be returned in original packaging with tags and labels attached, and include all packing slips and receipts. Returns after 30 days are not eligible for refund, credit, or exchange and are deemed accepted.
   • Refund. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned product. Refunds are reduced by any discounts or promotions used.
   • Sale Items. Closeout or clearance items are sold “as is” and are non-returnable.
   • Gift Cards. Gift cards cannot be returned.
   • Customized Leon Uniform Product Return Policy. Customized items cannot be returned unless the return is due to our error. If Leon Uniform made an error in customization, we will correct the error or replace the item upon return, at our discretion. This is your sole remedy for errors in customized products. By ordering customized products, you agree to these terms.
   • Footwear Return Policy. Worn footwear cannot be returned. Try footwear on carpet first. Returns are not accepted if footwear is worn outside or soiled. Report defects within thirty (30) days of receipt.

9. Body Armor Return Policy. Body armor fit is crucial. Try armor on immediately. Contact us within one week (7 days) of receipt for adjustments to avoid special-cut fees. Exchanges, adjustments, or returns after one week may incur fees. By ordering body armor, you agree to these terms.

10. Manufacturer’s Defects/Returns on Leon Uniform Products. Many products have manufacturer warranties, included with your purchase. Contact the manufacturer directly for warranty issues. Contact our Customer Service for assistance with these returns.

11. Restrictions on Purchase or Possession of Specific Leon Uniform Products.

    • Law Enforcement Items. Leon Uniform restricts sales of law enforcement items like embroidered apparel, badges, nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins. Orders must ship to approved agency addresses. For other addresses, department letterhead and official ID are required. Leon Uniform can refuse sales of law enforcement items to individuals without proper documentation. By ordering restricted items, you warrant you are authorized to purchase and comply with all laws, and will use the products lawfully. Leon Uniform is not liable for misuse. Employment may be verified. Purchasers are responsible for complying with state and local purchasing restrictions.
    • Body Armor. Leon Uniform restricts body armor sales to public safety professionals, US military members, and corporate/private security officers. Orders must ship to approved agency or corporate addresses. Proper documentation is needed for other addresses. Leon Uniform can refuse sales to individuals without documentation. By ordering restricted items, you warrant you are authorized to purchase, comply with all laws, and will use the products lawfully. Leon Uniform is not liable for misuse. Employment may be verified. Purchasers are responsible for complying with state and local purchasing restrictions.

12. Restrictions on Resale of Leon Uniform Products. You warrant you will not resell, ship, or transfer products or technical data to countries restricted by US Export Control Regulations, Trading With the Enemy Act, the Patriot Act, or similar laws. Leon Uniform can reject or inquire into orders possibly violating the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. US law restricts sales of certain products internationally, requiring export licenses. International orders are reviewed and comply with US International Trade Regulations. All transactions are screened against US Government Denied Parties Listings.

13. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leon Uniform, its affiliates, and personnel from all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Online Sales Terms, misuse of the Website and Portal, violation of Terms of Use and/or Privacy Policy, or violation of any law or rights of others.

14. Leon Uniform disclaims all warranties, express or implied, for products sold, except as in Section 8(e). Customization services do not create liability, except as in Section 8(e). Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. Leon Uniform is not responsible for manufacturer information, specifications, warranties, or representations. This information is for customer convenience, and customers must verify accuracy. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, LEON UNIFORM DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRODUCTS ARE SOLD “AS IS”. LEON UNIFORM DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS FROM PRODUCT MISUSE, IMPROPER SELECTION, MODIFICATION, MISREPAIR, OR MISAPPLICATION. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE NO RELIANCE ON WARRANTIES FROM LEON UNIFORM OR ITS REPRESENTATIVES.

15. Accuracy of Leon Uniform Website and Online Catalog. Product information on the Leon Uniform Website, Portal, and online catalog is for customer convenience. Leon Uniform is not responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, specifications, or information provided by third parties. Products are sold “as is” under these Online Purchase Terms and Conditions.

16. Limitations on Liability for Leon Uniform. LEON UNIFORM AND ITS SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST BUSINESS, PROFITS, DATA LOSS) RELATED TO THESE ONLINE SALES TERMS, THE WEBSITE, PORTAL, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION, OR ANY FORCE MAJEURE EVENT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $10, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF POSSIBLE DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS ARE ESSENTIAL TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR DAMAGES.

17. Force Majeure. Leon Uniform is not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including fire, floods, strikes, war, government actions, shortages, or severe weather.
