National Disability Employment Awareness Month in Westchester County began on October 8th, spotlighting the achievements of individuals with disabilities in the workforce. Among those honored was Lyle Davidson, a dedicated client of CAREERS Support Solutions, who received a Longevity Award at the county’s annual event. Lyle’s recognition highlights his remarkable journey and his valuable contributions to S&H Uniforms in White Plains.

Lyle has been associated with CAREERS Support Solutions for an impressive 26 years, with the last 17 years spent as a highly valued employee at S&H Uniforms White Plains. His role is multifaceted, encompassing crucial tasks such as maintenance, warehouse management, order picking, and stocking. Lyle’s exceptional memory proves to be a significant asset in his daily responsibilities, enabling him to swiftly locate items and maintain warehouse efficiency. Kevin Ross, the CEO of S&H Uniforms (pictured with Lyle), acknowledges Lyle’s indispensable role, stating, “Lyle’s constantly reminding me about things we need to order for the warehouse to keep everything running smoothly.”
