Important Update on Personal Uniform Orders

Please note that Personal Orders are no longer facilitated through Uniform Management Services. Our contract vendor has discontinued these services. For any University of Alabama branded apparel for personal use, we highly recommend exploring our campus partner, the SupeStore, which offers a wide selection of items to meet your needs.

Handling Specialty Uniform Items

For specialized uniform requirements, such as prescription footwear or unique items not typically stocked by our uniform vendor, the responsibility for procurement rests with your individual department. To proceed with purchasing these specialty items, departments will need to obtain approval from Procurement Services. As part of the approval process, Procurement Services will require confirmation from Uniform Management that these specific items are not available through our standard vendor. This ensures a streamlined and cost-effective approach to acquiring necessary specialty uniforms.

Simplified Bulk Uniform Ordering for Departments

Uniform Management Services has streamlined the process for departments needing to place bulk uniform orders, removing the necessity for individual fittings in these cases. This efficient system is designed to simplify and expedite large departmental orders. Departments interested in utilizing this bulk ordering process should contact Uniform Management Services directly for detailed guidance. Upon initiating a bulk order, a unique document reference code will be provided. This code is critical for the accurate processing of your order with our vendor and is essential for order confirmation and verification.
