YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JUDGE OR JURY TRIAL AND CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTIONS. ARBITRATION DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. Other court rights, including discovery and appeal, are limited in arbitration. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes regarding this Privacy Statement’s interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation. This Privacy Statement is governed by New York law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Arbitration is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

18. ASSIGNMENT

We may share or transfer your information during reorganization processes (mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, asset sales). Information may be shared post-transaction and/or during assessment. Transferred information remains subject to this Privacy Statement or an equally protective privacy policy.
