Please note: Due to the craftsmanship and, in many cases, custom nature of our uniforms, please allow 6-14+ weeks for delivery for most coats and hats. Customization and Stock Items: While we offer standard size and color options for faster delivery, many of our coats, jackets, trousers, and shirts are custom-made to order. Choose between the versatile CS Sack Coat and the classic Shell Jacket to start your uniform.
The CS Sack Coat is a practical and comfortable choice, featuring a 7-button front with authentic CSA buttons. It includes a functional inside pocket and comes unlined for breathability, with an optional muslin lining available for added comfort.
The Shell Jacket offers a more fitted, military appearance. This unlined jacket also features a 7-button front with CSA buttons, straight sleeves with non-functional cuffs, and a traditional standing collar. A muslin lining is also offered as an option for the Shell Jacket.

TROUSERS
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
Our Confederate foot trousers are meticulously crafted from durable wool with cotton facings and pockets for added resilience. Attention to detail extends to the button fly, which is lined with cotton for ease of use. The adjustable “V” back waistband, complete with eyelet holes, allows for a customizable fit. The design also incorporates darts in the back to ensure a tailored taper into the waistband, reflecting period tailoring techniques. Practical features include a watch pocket and side seam pockets. Authentic pewter buttons are used for the fly and suspender attachments.
Sizing Note: Confederate trousers were traditionally worn higher on the waist than modern jeans. For the most accurate fit, we recommend ordering ONE size larger than your typical jean size. If you prefer a looser fit, consider TWO sizes larger. Inseams are left unhemmed to allow for custom tailoring – they can be rolled, cut, or hemmed to your exact preference.

For a versatile option suitable for both officers and enlisted men, the Slouch Hat is an excellent choice. Made from premium wool felt with a 3 1/2″ wide brim, it can be shaped to your desired style.
